RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We understand that occasionally a tool or accessory may not meet your expectations or project needs. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our commitment to a fair, transparent, and streamlined return experience.
1. POLICY HIGHLIGHTS & QUICK OVERVIEW
Return Window: You have a full calendar month (30 days) from the original date of purchase to initiate a return request.
Zero Fees (Ksh 0 Return Cost): Enjoy absolutely free return shipping and zero restocking fees. A complimentary pre-paid return shipping label is provided inside your original package.
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are transferred back to your original payment account within 15 business days of receipt and technical review.
2. ELIGIBILITY FRAMEWORK (ACCEPTED VS. NON-ACCEPTED RETURNS)
To maintain our standards of quality and safety for industrial and consumer equipment, items are carefully inspected upon arrival. Not all merchandise is eligible for returns. Please carefully review the classification criteria below before submitting an item:
Accepted Items for Return:
Defective or malfunctioning power tools covered under structural performance issues.
Items that arrive physically damaged, incomplete, or fundamentally different from what was ordered.
Unused, completely clean hand tools and accessories remaining in their pristine original packaging with all seals, labels, and instructional manuals intact.
Non-Accepted Items for Return:
Products showing visible signs of operational wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, site damage, structural alterations, or misuse.
Consumable components and high-wear accessories (such as drill bits, abrasive sanding discs, saw blades, and carbon brushes) that have been unpacked, mounted, or put into service.
Items returned past the strict 30-day post-purchase window.
Products missing original manufacturer serial numbers, identification plates, or crucial structural accessories.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Aniex Power Tools provides two simple, convenient pathways to successfully complete your product returns:
Option A: Virtual Return via Email (Remote Process)
Draft a clear email to info@aniexpowertool.co.ke detailing your original order documentation, structural reasoning for the return, and close-up photographs showing the current condition of the tool. Extract the pre-paid return shipping label included in your initial package, affix it securely to the parcel, and drop it off at our designated courier partner at zero cost.
Option B: In-Store Return (Immediate Walk-In Process)
Bring the item directly to our official physical shop location:
Junction Trade Center, 1st Floor, River Road, Nairobi Ensure you present your proof of purchase (original fiscal receipt or electronic invoice) to our service desk staff during operational business hours (Mon to Sat | 08:00 – 18:00).
Important Notice: All virtual or physically dropped-off items must pass a mandatory quality assessment and verification check by our technical team before any refund authorization can take place.
4. REFUND ISSUANCE & TIMELINES
Upon verifying that the returned item complies fully with our return eligibility policies, we will send an electronic approval notice via email.
Approved returns will be fully refunded directly to your original payment account. Please note that it takes up to 15 business days for the funds to process and clear. Aniex Power Tools does not offer physical cash refunds for digital, card, or invoice transactions.
