Return & Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Only new items can be returned for an exchange or be refunded, so kindly ensure its correct item before using it.

  • We accept return for defective and non-defective products 

Exchange

Yes, we accept exchanges in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Product does not match description

Returns Not Accepted

Returns are not eligible if:

  • Product has been used, tampered or damaged after acceptance

  • Original packaging/accessories are missing

  • More than 72 hours have passed without valid claim

Refund Method & Timeline

Kindly check your package upon delivery and ensure its in good condition. In case you want to make a return, then sent an email to  info@aniexpowertool.co.ke or to our shop in River Road, Junction Trade Center, 1st Floor  for us to process your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days after inspection.
