At Aniex Power Tools, we understand that getting your hand tools, power tools, and hardware accessories to your workshop or job site quickly and reliably is critical to your workflow. We are committed to processing and delivering your orders with complete transparency, safety, and efficiency.

1. SHIPPING TIMELINES & SCHEDULES

We work diligently to ensure that your orders spend minimal time in fulfillment and transit. Our standard delivery timeline relies on the following structured schedule:

2. SHIPPING FEES

To keep pricing simple, clear, and predictable for your construction or workshop budgeting, we apply a uniform flat fee structure:

  • Flat Rate Shipping Fee: Ksh 400 per delivery order.

  • This flat rate applies across all qualifying shipments regardless of the package size, total weight, or item count in the order.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & CUT-OFF RULES

  • Orders Placed Before 4:00 PM: Any order fully finalized and confirmed on our system before the 4:00 PM cut-off time will enter our immediate processing queue on the same business day.

  • Orders Placed After 4:00 PM: Orders completed after 4:00 PM will be processed during the next business morning.

  • Working Days: Our shipping and handling operations run from Monday through Saturday, aligning directly with our standard retail operating hours (08:00 – 18:00).

4. DELIVERY METHODS & OPTIONS

Aniex Power Tools offers multiple convenient pathways for receiving your orders:

  • Courier Doorstep Delivery: Your order will be dispatched to your home, office, or job site via our trusted logistics partners. Please ensure an authorized recipient is present to sign for the package.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipments: For clients opting for our COD payment framework within qualifying zones, our dispatch desk will initiate a telephone confirmation call before the courier departs. The flat rate shipping fee of Ksh 400 still applies and must be settled alongside the tool invoice amount upon arrival.

  • In-Store Pickup Option: If you prefer to bypass delivery entirely, you can opt to pick up your purchased tools directly from our physical branch at Junction Trade Center, 1st Floor, River Road, Nairobi during our standard working hours.

⚠️ Important Shipping Notice:

While we consistently achieve our 1-3 business days standard delivery window, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather anomalies, mandatory traffic diversions, or remote site accessibility challenges may occasionally cause slight delays. We will communicate immediately should any schedule adjustment occur.
